I have lived in the Scottsdale Area since 1983, have raised my family here and have been involved in the community for many years. I had a successful career in marketing and advertising which is key for the online market of today.

Could not be more pleased with Michelle's performance. She did a great job with staging, marketing, pricing, and fielding offers. Professional, authentic, and has a great sense of humor.
I was lucky to work with such a great team. Both Michelle Blyt he and Renata Koliakiniene went above and beyond to make the process easy and successful.
They started off at a major disadvantage. The house was in rough shape and had been on the market by another agent for over a year with practically no bites. They offered amazing suggestions on repairs that would help get the house sold.
Both ladies were smart and experienced. They went above and beyond to help guide me through the process to end with an impressive deal.
They also were kind and honest and it is clear that they care about the quality of work they both do. Both worked hard and were completely transparent through every step.
I would hire Michelle or Renata again to sell a $100,000 or a $10,000,000 home. Both are highly recommended!

Michelle was absolutely excellent to work with on the purchase of our new home. She knew our expectations and worked wit h us and the homebuilder to make sure we were meeting deadlines and providing information requested. She fought for us on homebuilder concessions and corrections and did everything within her power to make sure we were satisfied. She was also instrumental in the selling of our previous home to make us eligible for the new home purchase. We recommend her to everyone that asks who we worked with.
Michelle was available whenever we needed her. She even did the occasional drop-in on the new home construction and sent us pictures. She responded to every e-mail and text message we sent her in a timely fashion.
I don't know how many more times we can say we appreciate everything that Michelle did for us.
